Hi. I'm Tina.
I am a London based architecture photographer with a global mind….
Ways to interact…
Photography of architectural structures, workspaces and urban spaces is my passion. My fine arts photography has a bias towards abandoned places, most notably abandoned period buildings. With respect to abandoned places, it is certainly that adventurous element of discovery and exploring which seems to intrigue me naturally. Time and nature can develop mysterious ways in converting past glory period buildings into pieces of art. At times, I see the borders between architecture photography and street photography to be rather free flowing.
Whilst this passion traces back to my teenage years, it took some time to turn passion into commitment and profession.
Following school, I pursued a classical career in law: studying law in Germany and France, a doctorate in corporate law and working long hours for international law firms. Finally, I ran my own law practice. From today’s perspective, I view this background to have played a major role in turning passion into profession and an art form.
Obviously, photography also requires hard skills and training. In this regard, I studied photography in London. When it comes to equipment, I tend to rely on my Nikon D850 camera as a key device.
I am a London based German national. I consider myself to have global mind. I love to work internationally. I am fluent in English, German and French.
Upcoming exhibitions
It is with a heavy heart, that my next exhibition, scheduled to take place in Werne (Germany), needed to be postponed due to Covid-19.
